Custom OGIO — the premium end of company gear

OGIO built its name on bags that travel like luggage and performance polos with a sharp, modern fit. It's the label to reach for when the gear needs to feel like a gift, not a giveaway. We decorate it in-house in Milton, WA, and we've put logos on 3,000+ OGIO pieces across 700+ orders for Northwest companies and teams.

Why companies choose OGIO

Feels like retail

OGIO polos use technical moisture-wicking knits with a trimmer, athletic cut and finishing details that read as premium — the kind of piece someone would actually buy. When the gear represents the brand — at a golf outing, a client dinner, or the front desk — that difference shows.

The bags it's famous for

OGIO packs and travel bags are structured, padded, and carry-on tough. A logo'd OGIO backpack is a standout for onboarding kits, sales incentives, and client gifts, not something that ends up in a drawer.

Built to decorate

The polos and soft shells take a clean, dimensional embroidered logo, and the bags have a flat front panel made for an embroidered or woven mark. We digitize your artwork in-house so it sits right on every piece.

How we decorate OGIO

Embroidery on polos & jackets

A left-chest embroidered logo is the classic OGIO treatment — clean and dimensional on the technical knit. We digitize your artwork in-house so it sits sharp and holds up wash after wash.

Embroidered bags

The flat front panel of an OGIO pack takes an embroidered logo beautifully, turning a great bag into a premium branded gift. We can also apply a woven or heat-sealed label where a panel calls for it.

A finished set

Pair a polo, a soft shell, and a cap for a head-to-toe branded kit — the executive-gift or trade-show package that looks considered because every piece carries the same clean mark.

How an OGIO order works

  1. Send your logo and a rough count through the quote form — takes two minutes.
  2. We recommend the pieces and method and quote it same-day with real decorated pricing.
  3. You approve a proof — including exact embroidery placement on polos, jackets, and bags.
  4. Gear ships or gets picked up — typically about two weeks from proof approval, rush available.

OGIO prices best at two dozen and up, but works well for smaller premium runs; those carry a small-batch fee, always quoted up front. Reorders keep your logo on file, so round two is one email.

Custom OGIO FAQ

Is OGIO a good choice for executive gifts and premium giveaways?
It's one of the best. OGIO gear looks and feels like something bought at retail, not handed out — the polos have a sharp modern fit and the bags are built like luggage. A logo'd OGIO piece is the move when the gift needs to feel premium.
Can you embroider OGIO backpacks and bags?
Yes — the packs have a flat front panel that takes a clean embroidered logo, and we can also apply a woven or heat-sealed label. Branded OGIO bags are a standout for onboarding kits, sales incentives, and events.
What makes OGIO polos different from a standard polo?
OGIO polos use technical moisture-wicking knits with a trimmer, more athletic cut and design details — contrast trims, tonal patterns — that read as premium. They're the step up from a basic uniform polo when you want the gear to feel considered.
Do you offer women's OGIO styles?
Yes — OGIO makes women's cuts like the Jewel polo (LOG101) alongside the men's line, so a team can match across the board. We'll pull the right fit for everyone on your list.
Is there a minimum order?
Pricing is sharpest at two dozen and up, but OGIO also works well for smaller premium runs; those carry a small-batch fee that's quoted up front. Every quote shows the real number before anything goes to production.
