Caps travel. They ride on the dashboard, go to the ballgame and show up in photos, so the logo on the front matters. Choose from trucker, structured, stretch-fit and fitted caps, plus beanies and visors, all embroidered at our shop in Milton, WA. The front, sides and back can all take stitching, and raised puff embroidery adds depth to bold letters. Caps buying guide

What to look for

  • Structured or unstructured crown: structured holds a front logo tall, unstructured sits lower and relaxed.
  • Mesh back for warm days and airflow, or solid twill for a cleaner all-season look.
  • Closure type, from snapback and strap to stretch-fit sizing, based on how the caps will be shared.
  • Front panel height and brim shape, since both change how large your logo can sit.

How we decorate caps

Embroidery
Embroidery is the standard for caps, with stitching on the front, sides or back and raised puff embroidery for bold lettering.
Patches
Laser-engraved leatherette patches fit when you want a rugged, outdoor look or a logo that reads better on a patch.

Beanies are soft headwear, so they are embroidered flat with one logo on the front.
