Why crews choose CornerStone
Certified, and stays that way
CornerStone hi-vis is ANSI/ISEA 107 certified, and we decorate it so it stays certified — sizing and placing logos to keep the required background and reflective coverage intact. Your crew meets the standard and wears your brand at the same time.
Built for the job site
Snag-resistant knits, ripstop shells, waterproof parkas, and heavy-duty fleece — CornerStone is made to take abuse from road work, utilities, and construction. It shows up looking like gear, not a giveaway.
Duty-ready snag-proof polos
The Select Snag-Proof polos give security, law enforcement, and first-responder teams a durable, clean uniform piece that holds up to gear and embroiders crisply for a name, rank, or department mark.

How we decorate CornerStone
Embroidery within ANSI limits
We embroider logos on hi-vis vests, tees, and jackets sized and placed to keep the garment's ANSI 107 rating — a left-chest mark and a name are no problem. We flag anything that would push past the limits before we run it.
Heat transfer for big backs
When you want a large back logo or a reflective-friendly print on hi-vis, heat-applied transfers keep the look bold without cutting into the background material — the right call for utility and road crews.
Uniform-ready names & ranks
For duty and security programs, we add individual names, ranks, and department logos to the tactical polos and jackets, and keep your artwork on file so new hires match the crew.
How a CornerStone order works
- Send your logo and a rough count through the quote form — takes two minutes.
- We recommend the class and pieces and quote it same-day with real decorated pricing.
- You approve a proof — including logo size and placement that keeps the ANSI rating.
- Gear ships or gets picked up — typically about two weeks from proof approval, rush available.
CornerStone prices best at two dozen and up; smaller runs carry a small-batch fee, always quoted up front. Reorders keep your logo on file, so restocking the crew is one email.
Custom CornerStone FAQ
- Can you put a logo on hi-vis safety gear without voiding the ANSI rating?
- Yes. ANSI/ISEA 107 allows decoration as long as it doesn't reduce the required background and reflective material below the minimums for the garment's class. We size and place embroidery and heat-applied logos to stay inside those limits, so the vest or jacket keeps its certification while carrying your brand.
- What's the difference between ANSI Class 2 and Class 3?
- It's about how much high-visibility material the garment carries. Class 2 (most vests and tees) suits workers near slower traffic and work zones; Class 3 (long sleeves, jackets, and full sleeves-and-legs coverage) is the highest visibility, for high-speed roadways, low light, and poor weather. We'll match the class to your job site.
- What are the snag-proof tactical polos for?
- The Select Snag-Proof polos are built for security, law enforcement, first responders, and utility crews — a durable, snag-resistant knit that holds up to gear and daily wear, with a clean look for a uniform program. They embroider crisply for a name, rank, or department logo.
- Do you offer women's CornerStone styles?
- Yes — CornerStone makes women's cuts like the CS413 Select Snag-Proof polo, and many hi-vis vests and tees run unisex sizing that works for a whole crew. We'll pull the right fit for everyone on the roster.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Pricing is sharpest at two dozen and up, where most crew and uniform orders land. Smaller runs carry a small-batch fee that's quoted up front. Every quote shows the real number before anything goes to production.
