Is the 3D picture exactly what I will get?

It is a preview. The shirt is a drawn model, so the fit and the exact shade differ a little from the real garment, and colors vary by screen. Your artwork is shown at the size and the spot you chose, and our print team places it there.

Where can my artwork go?

On the left chest (up to 4″ × 4″), across the full front, or across the full back. You can print the front and the back on the same shirt. We don’t print on sleeves.

When exactly will my order ship?

Standard orders ship in 7–10 business days. Select styles offer a 3-Day Rush upgrade: orders placed before 9 AM Pacific on a business day ship 3 business days later, and the exact date is shown on the Pay button before you’re charged. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days.

What if my artwork is low resolution?

The designer measures your file’s print resolution as you size it. If it’s too low to print crisply we flag it before checkout: you can shrink it, swap the file, or accept how it will look.

Can I upload AI, EPS or PDF files?

Yes. Browsers can’t show those formats, so the shirt shows a card where your art will go, and our team emails you a proof before printing, usually within 2 business hours. Your production clock starts when you approve the proof.

How are small orders priced?

Orders under 24 pieces are priced at our small-batch per-shirt rate, which is built into the price you see. Volume pricing starts at 24 pieces, and the designer shows how close you are.

How much is shipping?

UPS Ground shipping is free on larger orders and a flat rate on smaller ones. The designer shows the amount for your order before you pay. Pickup in Milton, WA is free.

Can I return custom-printed shirts?

Because every order is printed just for you, we can’t resell returns. If we got something wrong, such as the wrong size shipped or a print defect, we reprint or refund.

Do you charge sales tax?

Washington destination sales tax applies to orders shipped within WA. For pickup orders, sales tax is calculated for our Milton, WA location. Out-of-state shipments aren’t taxed.
