When exactly will my order ship?

Standard orders ship in 7–10 business days. Select styles offer a 3-Day Rush upgrade — orders placed before 9 AM Pacific on a business day ship 3 business days later, and the exact date is shown on the Pay button before you’re charged. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days.

What if my artwork is low resolution?

The designer measures your file’s print resolution live. If it’s too low to print crisply we’ll flag it before checkout — you can shrink it, swap the file, or accept how it will look.

Can I upload AI / EPS / PDF files?

Yes. Browsers can’t preview those formats, so you’ll position a sized box where you want the art, and our team will match it and email you a proof before printing — usually within 2 business hours. Your production clock starts at proof approval.

How are small orders priced?

Orders under 24 pieces are priced at our small-batch per-shirt rate — built into the price you see, no extra fees. Volume pricing kicks in at 24+ pieces, and the designer shows you exactly how close you are.

How much is shipping?

FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders $100+ ($7.99 flat under $100). Free pickup in Milton, WA.

Can I return custom-printed shirts?

Because every order is printed just for you, we can’t resell returns. If we got something wrong — wrong size shipped, print defect — we’ll reprint or refund, no drama.

Do you charge sales tax?

Washington destination sales tax applies to orders shipped within WA (and pickup orders at the Milton rate). Out-of-state shipments aren’t taxed.
