Custom Performance Shirts with Your Logo

Moisture-wicking polyester keeps runners, players and coaches dry, but it also changes how a logo goes on. This collection covers performance tees, warm-ups, shorts, jerseys and tanks for teams, clubs and events. Synthetic fabric usually calls for DTF transfers or screen printing, while performance polos and jackets take embroidery well. Every method runs in-house at our Milton, WA shop, and an account executive can help match the method to the fabric.

How we decorate activewear

DTF transfers
DTF transfers suit polyester performance tees and jerseys, carrying full-color logos without screens.
Screen printing
Screen printing fits larger team runs of performance tees with simple, bold designs.
Embroidery
Embroidery fits performance polos, quarter-zips and warm-up jackets where a stitched chest logo looks sharper.

What decoration works on polyester performance shirts?
DTF transfers and screen printing both work well on polyester, and embroidery suits performance polos and jackets. Your account executive will match the method to the fabric.
Will DTG work on a performance tee?
DTG prints best on cotton-rich fabric, so it is rarely the right match for polyester. DTF transfers or screen printing usually work better.
Can players, coaches and parents all match?
Many performance styles come in youth and women's sizes too, so the whole group can wear the same shirt with the same logo.
