Most stores start with a one-time $300 setup fee — store design, your branding, the product catalog, and payment setup — plus a $100-per-logo digitizing fee that we waive if we already have your artwork on file. Each item is then priced at our first-tier (1–7 piece) left-chest embroidery rate plus a flat $6 handling fee, and we'll put together an exact quote for your store type and product list. Always-open stores include a $2,000 annual sales minimum. Most stores are live in about 1–2 weeks.

It depends on the store type. On-demand stores let people order one item at a time, while scheduled open-and-close stores may have a group minimum. We match the setup to your group.

Yes. We can ship every order to one location or drop-ship to each person — ideal for remote teams and multi-location companies.

Most webstore orders are embroidered in-house and shipped within about two weeks of being placed. Larger group drops can take a little longer — we'll confirm timing when we build your store.

Absolutely. Many groups run a store for a two-week window for an event, season, or fundraiser, then close it.

Webstore items are decorated with your approved logo. Personalized pieces — like jerseys with individual player names, numbers, or a sponsor logo — are handled as a custom team order directly with one of our account executives, and many groups run one alongside their store.
