What is a company webstore?
It's an online store we build with your logo and a curated set of apparel, so your employees, team, or members order their own gear on demand. We produce and ship it, so you never handle inventory or collect orders.
How much does a webstore cost?
Most stores start with a one-time $300 setup fee — store design, your branding, the product catalog, and payment setup — plus a $100-per-logo digitizing fee that we waive if we already have your artwork on file. Each item is then priced at our first-tier (1–7 piece) left-chest embroidery rate plus a flat $6 handling fee, and we'll put together an exact quote for your store type and product list. Always-open stores include a $2,000 annual sales minimum. Most stores are live in about 1–2 weeks.
How long does it take to set up a webstore?
Most stores go live in about 1–2 weeks once we have your logo and product picks.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the store type. On-demand stores let people order one item at a time, while scheduled open-and-close stores may have a group minimum. We match the setup to your group.
Do you ship to each person individually?
Yes. We can ship every order to one location or drop-ship to each person — ideal for remote teams and multi-location companies.
How long do webstore orders take to arrive?
Most webstore orders are embroidered in-house and shipped within about two weeks of being placed. Larger group drops can take a little longer — we'll confirm timing when we build your store.
Can we open a store just for a limited time?
Absolutely. Many groups run a store for a two-week window for an event, season, or fundraiser, then close it.
Can items be personalized with names and numbers?
Webstore items are decorated with your approved logo. Personalized pieces — like jerseys with individual player names, numbers, or a sponsor logo — are handled as a custom team order directly with one of our account executives, and many groups run one alongside their store.
