Why crews choose New Era

The big-league label

New Era makes the caps you see on the field on Sundays. That pedigree reads instantly — a New Era with your logo feels like a cap someone would buy, not one they were handed. For brands that care about the details, it's the headwear that matches the message.

Fitted feel, one order

The structured stretch caps hug the head like a fitted while covering a whole crew in just a couple of sizes. No snaps to fuss with, no sizing spreadsheet — the closest thing to the on-field feel, made orderable for a company.

Built to decorate

The structured front takes a sharp, dimensional embroidered logo, and the flat-bill snapbacks are a natural stage for a leather, PVC, or woven patch. Beanies round out the winter side of any cap program.

How we decorate New Era

Embroidery (the standard)

The structured front holds a crisp, dimensional embroidered logo — we digitize your artwork in-house so it sits right on the crown. It's the classic company-cap treatment, done sharp.

Patches on the flat-bills

The flat-bill snapbacks are made for a patch. We laser-engrave leather or leatherette, or apply PVC and woven patches, for a premium finish that stands off the cap.

Beanies too

The folded cuff of a New Era beanie takes a tight embroidered mark — an easy add-on to any cap order and a reliable winter-gift piece.

How a New Era order works

  1. Send your logo and a rough count through the quote form — takes two minutes.
  2. We recommend a method (embroidery or patch) and quote it same-day with real decorated pricing.
  3. You approve a proof — for patches, we show the engraving before anything is sewn.
  4. Caps ship or get picked up — typically about two weeks from proof approval, rush available.

Caps price best at two dozen and up; smaller runs carry a small-batch fee, always quoted up front. Reorders keep your logo on file, so round two is one email.

Custom New Era FAQ

Can you embroider or patch New Era caps?
Yes — both. The structured front takes a crisp embroidered logo, and the flat-bill snapbacks are perfect for a sewn-on leather, PVC, or woven patch. We decorate them by the hundreds for Northwest crews.
What is the fitted-feel stretch fit?
New Era's structured stretch caps (like the NE1000) hug the head with a fitted feel while covering a whole crew in just a couple of sizes — no snaps, no guessing. It's the closest thing to the on-field cap, made orderable.
Is there a minimum order?
Caps run best at two dozen and up. Smaller runs carry a small-batch fee that's quoted up front. Every quote shows the real number before anything goes to production.
Do you do New Era beanies too?
Yes — the recycled cuff beanie and knit beanie are cold-weather favorites, and the folded cuff takes a tight embroidered logo. Easy add-on to any cap order.
How long does an order take?
Typically about two weeks from proof approval, with rush options available. Patch orders may add a few days for patch production. You always approve a proof first.
