Embroidery (the standard)

The structured front holds a crisp, dimensional embroidered logo — we digitize your artwork in-house so it sits right on the crown. It's the classic company-cap treatment, done sharp.

Patches on the flat-bills

The flat-bill snapbacks are made for a patch. We laser-engrave leather or leatherette, or apply PVC and woven patches, for a premium finish that stands off the cap.

Beanies too

The folded cuff of a New Era beanie takes a tight embroidered mark — an easy add-on to any cap order and a reliable winter-gift piece.

How a New Era order works

  1. Send your logo and a rough count through the quote form — takes two minutes.
  2. We recommend a method (embroidery or patch) and quote it same-day with real decorated pricing.
  3. You approve a proof — for patches, we show the engraving before anything is sewn.
  4. Caps ship or get picked up — typically about two weeks from proof approval, rush available.

Caps price best at two dozen and up; smaller runs carry a small-batch fee, always quoted up front. Reorders keep your logo on file, so round two is one email.
