When exactly will my caps ship?

We email your digital proof within 2–3 business days of your order. Once you approve it, your caps ship 7–10 business days later. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days — and nothing stitches until you’ve approved the proof.

What’s included in the price?

Everything on the front: the cap itself, logo setup and digitizing (free, always), and an embroidered front logo up to 10,000 stitches — which covers nearly every logo. A back logo is an optional per-cap add-on, priced live as you build your order.

Why is there an 8-cap minimum?

Embroidery setup makes one-off caps expensive — 8 caps is where the price gets fair. The price ladder shows exactly how the per-cap price drops at 24, 48, and 72 caps.

What file should I upload?

Anything common: PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, or TIFF up to 20 MB. Our digitizers convert it to stitches by hand and your emailed proof shows exactly how it will sew before we start.

Can I mix cap colors?

Yes — pick as many colors of the same style as you like. The combined quantity sets your price tier, so 12 black + 12 navy caps all get the 24-cap price.

How much is shipping?

Free. Every order ships free anywhere in the US, or pick up free at our shop in Milton, WA.

Can I return custom caps?

Because every cap is embroidered just for you, we can’t resell returns. If we got something wrong — wrong color shipped, stitching defect — we’ll re-stitch or refund, no drama.

Do you charge sales tax?

Washington destination sales tax applies to orders shipped within WA (and pickup orders at the Milton rate). Out-of-state shipments aren’t taxed.
