    Questions, answered

    Is the 3D picture exactly what I will get?

    It is a preview. The cap is a drawn model and colors vary by screen. Your emailed proof shows your logo set up for the real cap, and nothing is made until you approve it.

    Embroidery or a leatherette patch: which should I pick?

    Embroidery is stitched straight onto the front of the cap in up to 6 thread colors. A leatherette patch is laser-engraved in one color and holds finer detail and small lettering. Try both here and see which one suits your logo.

    What file should I upload?

    A PNG, JPG, or SVG works for the preview. If you also have a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF), mention it in the notes and we’ll ask you for it.

    Is the stitch count exact?

    No. It is an estimate from your picture. We confirm the real stitch count when we set up your logo for embroidery.

    Is the price final?

    The price is an estimate from our current price list. We confirm the final price after we review your art, and you see it on your quote before you decide.

    Can I order more than one cap color?

    Yes. Tell us in the notes which colors you want and how many of each. Caps of the same style count together toward your quantity price.
