How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 14 business days from when we have your approved logo and order — so plan ahead and book early to lock in your tournament date. Rush production may be available for an extra fee — ask our sales team when you submit your quote.
Can we mix sizes, men’s & women’s, or different styles?
Absolutely. The volume pricing tiers are based on total piece count, so you can mix any combination of styles, sizes, and men’s/women’s cuts and still hit the 72-piece tier.
What logo formats do you accept?
We accept just about anything — AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, even a clean photo of a printed logo. Our team digitizes it in-house for embroidery (one-time $100 setup, FREE on orders of $2,000+).
What if we need fewer than 24 players?
You can still order — a $50 small-order fee applies under 24 pieces, and per-piece pricing is higher in the lower tiers. For tournaments under 24, our sales team will suggest the styles with the best small-quantity value.
How do I claim the free golf bag?
It’s automatic. When your tournament order subtotal hits $2,000 or more by August 31, 2026, we throw in an OGIO Vision 2.0 Golf Bag ($239 value) embroidered with your tournament logo. Give it to your tournament organizer, hand it to the winner of the scramble, raffle it off, or keep it for yourself — your call. No coupon code, no fine print.
Pickup or shipping?
Both options work. You can pick up your finished order at our Milton, WA factory (2025 Freeman Road East), or we can ship to your office or directly to the golf course. Just let our sales team know which you prefer when you submit your quote.
Can you ship directly to the golf course?
Yes. We can ship to your office, the course pro shop, or directly to the tournament organizer. Just put the address in your quote request.
What sizes do you carry?
Standard adult sizes XS through 6XL across most styles. Women’s cuts are available in matching styles. Size availability and upcharges (typically $2 for 2XL, $3 for 3XL) confirmed in your quote.
