How pricing works: each price includes your left-chest embroidered logo at our first-tier (1–7 piece) rate plus a flat $6 handling fee — no order minimums and no inventory to buy up front. A one-time $300 setup fee builds and brands your store. Prices shown are examples; your exact store pricing is set when we build it.

Need printed shirts instead of embroidery? We offer DTG (direct-to-garment) printing on our tested and approved cotton tees and hoodies — DTG ink is made for cotton, so print stores stick to cotton styles we know print beautifully. Polyester and performance gear can be printed too: we use DTF transfers, printed by our Los Angeles partner and heat-pressed on every shirt right here in our Milton shop. Transfers are produced out of house, so they add a little lead time — and we ask that a transfer store expects to sell at least 10 printed pieces. Print-option prices shown on each item are full-front prints and include the same $6 handling fee.

Lincoln Lynx high school football hoodies printed by Northwest Custom Apparel — team logo on the front, each player's last name and number on the back Lincoln Lynx Football
Names & numbers

Yes — we print names and numbers.

Want each walker's or player's name on their gear? We print names and numbers on the backs of jerseys, shirts, and hoodies all the time — like these hoodies for the Lincoln Lynx football team: the standard team logo on the front, and each player's name and number on the back.

Names, numbers, and sponsor logos are a regular order through your account executive — they're not placed on your webstore. Contact your AE, we collect your roster once, and we produce the whole set together. Your webstore keeps selling the logo gear anyone can order on demand; your AE runs the personalized order alongside it. Send your roster online and we'll confirm every name, number, and size with you before production.

Fundraising webstore FAQ

What is a fundraising apparel store?

It's an online store we build with your logo, so supporters order their own tees, hoodies, and caps and every order supports your cause. We embroider it and ship it — no inventory to buy and no order forms to collect.

How is pricing calculated?

Each item is priced at our first-tier (1–7 piece) left-chest embroidery rate plus a flat $6 handling fee — everyone pays the same fair per-piece rate, with no group minimums and no inventory to buy up front. There's a one-time $300 setup fee to build and brand your store. People order what they need, one piece at a time, and most orders are embroidered and shipped within about two weeks.

How does our group earn from it?

We set a price that includes your fundraising margin, so every order raises money for your cause. Tell us your goal and we'll build it in.

Can we run it for just a campaign?

Yes. Open the store for a two-week campaign, then close it, or keep one open year-round.

What do you recommend for a company organizing shirts for a community event?

A limited-run event store works best: we open it for a set window, participants order and pay for their own shirts, your fundraising margin is built into each price, and orders ship before event day. Anything personalized — like jerseys with names, numbers, or a sponsor logo — your account executive handles as a companion order. Call 253-922-5793 to plan your event.
