Tax Reminder — 1099 Requirement

If the total donation payout to a program or organization exceeds $600 in a calendar year, NW Custom Apparel is required to issue a 1099-NEC form to the recipient. Collect the organization's W-9 form (name, address, and Tax ID / EIN) before issuing the first donation payout.
