Step-by-Step Formula

                    STEP 1: Calculate Garment Cost with Margin

                       Garment Total = Blank Cost ÷ Margin Denominator

                    STEP 2: Calculate Screen Print Costs

                       Print Cost = (Base Cost + Flash Charge) × Total Colors × Locations

                    STEP 3: Add Setup Fees

                       Setup Total = $30 × Total Colors × Locations

                    STEP 4: Apply Special Charges

                       Safety Stripe Surcharge = $2.00 × Stripe Locations

                    STEP 5: Add LTM Fee (if quantity < 48)

                       LTM Fee = $50.00 (flat fee)

                    STEP 6: Apply Half-Dollar Ceiling

                        1. Margin: $4.00 ÷ 0.45 = $8.89 each

                        2. Print: ($2.45 + $0.35) × 1 color × 1 location = $2.80

                        3. Setup: $30 × 1 color × 1 location = $30.00

                        4. Subtotal: 24 × $8.89 + $2.80 + $30.00 = $246.16

                        5. No LTM (≥24 pieces), No safety stripes

                        6. Round up: $246.16 → $246.50

Example 2: LTM Order with Safety Stripes (12 pieces, 2 colors, front + back)

                        Order: 12 pieces @ $3.50 blank, front (2 colors + safety) + back (1 color)

                        1. Margin: $3.50 ÷ 0.45 = $7.78 each

                        2. Safety adds +1 color: Front = 3 colors, Back = 1 color

                        3. Print: ($2.45 + $0.35) × 3 × 1 + ($2.45 + $0.00) × 1 × 1 = $10.85

                        4. Setup: $30 × (3 + 1) = $120.00

                        5. Safety surcharge: $2.00 × 1 location = $2.00

                        6. Subtotal: 12 × $7.78 + $10.85 + $120.00 + $2.00 = $226.21

                        7. LTM Fee: +$50.00 (< 48 pieces)
