Asking for the Review (In-Person Pickup)

Present the Google Review Card: When the customer arrives to pick up their completed apparel, have the review card ready.
Explain the Free Tumbler Offer: Briefly say: "Would you mind leaving us a quick Google review? We'll give you a free custom tumbler—scan this code!"
Show the Tumbler: Highlight the awesome custom tumbler they'll get with their logo.

Ensure They Leave a Review

Encourage On-the-Spot: Suggest they do it right there via the QR code, or later from their phone.
Logo Instructions: Explain they must email their logo to sales@nwcustomapparel.com and mention their review for the free Tumbler.

Confirming the Google Review

Check Google Reviews: Once they say they've submitted a 5-star review, head to our Google Business Profile and verify it's posted.
Follow Up if Needed: If no review shows, politely reach out by phone or email: "Hey [Name], just checking on that review for your free Tumbler—let me know if you need help!"
